Personality: She is normally easy going and a good ruler who uses her head. She tends to get stressed easily, which may lead to some bad decisions from time to time.
Bio: She came to power not too long ago very suddenly when her father (the old River Supreme) died. She is fairly new to the job, but is a pretty good ruler so far. As far as her powers go, she is pretty weak. Having only four tails and being new to the job also puts her at a disadvantage.
